Rice
Basmati and non-basmati rice, milled and packed to importer specification with full traceability from paddy to port.
Each division runs on its own specification sheet, its own testing regime and its own packing discipline — but every one of them ships to the same commitment.

Velfine Overseas is an India-based export house working across six verticals: rice, spices, dehydrated onion, frozen foods, handicrafts and private label packaged goods. We are a sourcing and shipping partner, not a broker — which means we take responsibility for the specification, the paperwork and the loading date, not just the introduction.
Most import problems are avoidable. They come from a specification agreed loosely, a lot released without testing, or a document raised the day the vessel sails. We work the other way round: specification sheet first, sample second, tested lot third, documents ready before the container leaves the plant.
Every order starts with a written spec sheet — grade, moisture, packing, marking, tolerance. What you agreed is what gets loaded, and we put it in writing before we quote.
Food lots ship with a Certificate of Analysis. Where your market demands it, we arrange SGS, Intertek or Geo-Chem inspection before the container is sealed.
Packing is engineered for the voyage, not the warehouse. Fragile goods are individually protected and master-cartoned; food-grade liners are used throughout.
We quote a loading date we can meet and tell you early if anything threatens it. A late honest update beats an on-time promise that fails.
Invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin, phytosanitary, fumigation, health certificate and BL — prepared in-house and checked against your LC or contract terms.
You get a named contact who knows your account. No re-explaining your requirement to a new person every time you write.
You send the product, quantity and destination. We come back with a specification sheet and a costed quotation — FOB, CFR or CIF as you prefer.
Pre-shipment samples are couriered for approval. For custom lines we develop and cost a sample before you commit to volume.
Proforma invoice, payment terms and loading window are confirmed in writing. Advance or LC terms are agreed up front, not negotiated later.
Material is produced or milled against the approved spec, tested, and inspected — by us and, when you want it, by an independent agency.
Container is stuffed under supervision with photographs shared. Export documents are prepared and pre-checked against your LC terms.
You receive the full document set and shipment tracking. We stay on the file until the container is cleared at your end.
Sourcing visits, processing lines, quality checks and container loading — the work behind each shipment.
Replace this with a real quotation from your buyer. Keep it specific — the grade they bought, the problem you solved, and the outcome. Specific beats flattering every time.
Replace this with a real quotation. Ask a satisfied buyer for two sentences after a clean shipment — that is the easiest time to get one, and it will read far better than anything written in-house.
Replace this with a real quotation. If you do not have written testimonials yet, switch this section off in the admin panel — an empty section is more credible than an invented one.
The standard export set, prepared in-house and checked against your contract or letter of credit before dispatch.

Send the product, grade, quantity and destination port. You will have a specification sheet and a working price back — usually within one business day.
