Supplier qualification
We audit the mill or manufacturing unit before we place a first order — licences, hygiene, storage conditions and past export history. Units that cannot produce current documentation do not enter our vendor list.
What we check, what we test, and what arrives with your container.
Quality control in export is not a certificate on a wall — it is a sequence of checks that happen while there is still time to fix something. This is the sequence we run.
We audit the mill or manufacturing unit before we place a first order — licences, hygiene, storage conditions and past export history. Units that cannot produce current documentation do not enter our vendor list.
Raw material is checked on arrival at the processing unit for moisture, foreign matter, infestation and visual defects before it enters the line.
During milling, grading, dehydration or packing we monitor the parameters that matter for your grade — grain length, broken percentage, cut size, mesh, colour and moisture.
Food lots are tested for moisture, ash, microbiology and, where the destination requires it, aflatoxin, pesticide residue and heavy metals. Results are issued as a lot-wise Certificate of Analysis.
Before sealing, the lot is inspected against the approved sample and specification sheet. Third-party inspection by SGS, Intertek or Geo-Chem is arranged whenever the buyer or the LC requires it.
Container condition, liner, dunnage, count and marking are verified during stuffing, and photographs are shared with the buyer before the doors are sealed.
The standard export set, prepared in-house and checked against your contract or letter of credit before dispatch.
Where the contract, the letter of credit or simply your own comfort requires it, we arrange third-party inspection before the container is sealed — SGS, Intertek, Geo-Chem or an agency of your choosing.
The inspector draws samples against the agreed specification, checks packing and marking, witnesses stuffing and issues a report directly to you. We do not stand between you and that report.
Give us your destination's limits — residue, microbiology, labelling — and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet them before you place an order.
